                yea i find the part about escort lx's uncommon funny, there ALL OVER here in iowa jy's. and i've done the power mirror thing, it works great. the shift boot and console is interesting tho!

                    Saw this thread last week and decided to go do both. Got the power mirrors and the console. Even had the rubber insert in the console! <happy dance>. Came off a 4 door escort wagon if anyone's interested. And there's an extra insert if anyone wants one.
                    All I gotta do now is fabricate some sort of mounting rail to bolt to the Festy floor so I can secure this thing. Then insurance and tags would be nice.
