  • New Steering Wheel! My favorite interior mod EVER!

So happy without this turned out. Horn works. It's smaller, and going to be weird getting used to, but it feels great, and I find myself instantly driving more aggressive! LOL!

Hey now, you don't want to tell people you've got a passion for corners, do you? I mean, nice wheel!

It came WITH the hub adapter! (It's kinda funny it's in a box with blurred Japanese writing, that says everything from Skunk2 to Momo on it. LOL). It's a LOT smaller than stock. However, I"m finding that it definitely induces aggressive driving. LOL. I love the center mount horn. Overall I'm VERY happy with this purchase.

These are the guys I got it from. Shipped from California (Not HongKong like so many that are on ebay with Free shipping). I received it in 4 days! http://stores.ebay.com/xcessmotors?_...p2047675.l2563

If you can take a picture of that Japanese writing, I'll see what I can make out for you. I'm proficient in two of the three alphabets.

As for a smaller wheel and more responsive steering, I'm all for it. I'm gonna put up a post on steering multipliers and gauge interest on what people think sometime soon... as I'd love to have a tougher wheel to take for a spin when zipping around the block, even if it means difficult parking.

I assume you ordered this as a steering wheel for an RX7?

                        Ditto

I can't wait to get my refund check and buy one, though I am going for a different style wheel.

I think I may have to steal that interior color scheme. :p

                            Gabe -

                            Nice looking wheel!

In my opinion, if it were closer to stock diameter and you could retain both steering wheel shroud pieces, it would be even better.

Still, that's a nice looking wheel that I bet feels really nice in your hands. Love the thick, grooved areas at the 10 and 2 positions.

                            Enjoy!

What shroud pieces? The plastic pieces didn't come off. This is a remove the wheel only, mount the adapter, and then you use the 6 hex bolts to connect the wheel to the adapter. It really does feel good. It is very racecar/go-kart feeling LOL.

My ONLY complaint is that the blinker no longer does auto-cancel. I probably did something wrong, but I'm having to turn off my blinker now.
