    I wonder how hard it would be to adapt an Aspire rad to a Festy. My Aspire has a much thinner but wider rad, and the heater puts out serious heat. The Festy has the usual two-row automatic rad, and just puts out adequate heat in the winter. Both cars have 195-degree thermostats.

      I have an Aspire rad and lower rad hose adapter. I welded in a lower rad support bracket. Just never finished the project.

        You guys with ac just need to get a valve and make your ac a heat pump. Lol.
        I used to think festiva heaters just sucked un till a got an ac car and found out that these thing just get clogged up with leaves and junk.
        The ac cars are easy to clean out . But without it the crud goes all the way to the heater core and I wasn't about to pull the dash to clean leaves.

          How to make the ac a heat pump? I have ac in mine. I would give it a try

            Heat pumps are just ac that flows backwards I think there's valves you can install to revers the flow of freon.
            I know this can be done in house but I'm not sure if they make valves that would fit a car.
            The only problem is see with doing this, if it can be done is the condensed up front may ice over with moisture in the air.
            And I'm unsure how a heat pump will do below freezing.
