what do i need to make it work?

i purchased a rear window with defrosters, and the switch for the bezel up front. what else do i need to hook this thing up. im in utah, and not having a rear defrost is killing me during the winters. any help would be great. i am missing probably 25 pages from my owners manual, so im not sure if there is anything in there.

There should be the plugs to wire it up behind the black speedo surround. 5 screws to remove(phillips) then just pop out the blank, plug the button into the surround, plug wires into the button, and reassemble.

Now by the drivers side taillight there is a plastic cover that lets you access the wires the plug from the hatch should be lead through there from the top access hole down inside the C-pillar. The plugs should match right up.
