they're pretty hard to clean. i recommend seat covers:

i got these at auto zone, for $35. they don't fit perfectly, but they work. i think ramichael has got some too.

i used some of that oxyclean spray. it helped but i thought it was kinda hard to use. when i ran out of clean shop towels to scrub off the seats with i stopped. could have probably gotten them cleaner than i did.

I use ALL clothes washing liquid (about 2 oz) and oxiclean poweder (1 scoop) mixed in a spray bottle.
Spray it on the seat and let sit for a couple mins.
Then scrub using brush or rag.
                      Vacum the seat
Pour clean water on the seat and vacum to get all the dirt out.

I replaced the entire carpet with a new one and took the back seat out to make room for some subs, which were stolen, of course.

I think the black carpet looks pretty cool

you should see the back. it hangs over the back of the seat because its too big for the seat. and it took me like an 30 mins to get it to look right.
