Anyone know what parts I need to replace the lights on the gauge cluster? it's out of the car and I figure I might as well since i'm here. Anyone have pictures of before/after?

It all depends on how in depth you want to go and which cluster you have.
Here is an entire write up on how to upgrade to LEDs if you have the Orange Tach Cluster. There is also some info for other clusters in there.
