Somebody bought them before me, I'm waiting around for some more dampening adjustable sets to show up. So far they've only had height adjustable ones, and I really want full adjustability.

agree'd, of corse fully adjustables will cost more than the car is worth.. even for cheap ones hah.

Give ground control a call (awesome guys). Tell them what you want to do and they can probably find some koni yellows (or fsd'd if you want to spend big $$) that will fit the mk3 jettas and then coil overs.

400 lb/in? wow, ours stock is 100 Front and 90 Rear. That'd be like an F1 car with 400's up front.. hardly street worthy.

I had 300s front and 200s rear on my old set up with kyb shocks.. very very bouncy! rear end liked to snap out too with those spring rates.

I think 200 front 150 rear would be a good set up. maybe even 150 front 125 rear for those looking for more of a DD.

Dampning controls the bounce, crappy Autozone shocks wont help due to the stroke length and dampning force. Really parts cost money and work. There's no cheap way to get good suspension.

Well I just bought a full set of Ksport Kontrol coilovers. When they come in I'll do my write up.

I wanted the best money could buy, regardless of the price. You gotta pay to play.

                    JOM coilovers

The vw guys have been pretty happy with these. Long read but worth it.
