This is even better. I will help you out, since I have used the search function before and came up as confused as ever.
This is what I have on my car now. With 750 miles logged in and ABSOLUTELY NO RUBBING!!!
I have a 15 x 6.5 wheel with a +38 mm offset. It has both bolt patterns 94x114.3 and 4x100) so as to fit other cars as welll including a possible Aspire swap. I mounted 195/35-15 tires. It is very close but works perfectly. LMK and I can get pics front rear side and closeup if interested.
My Festiva came stock with 12 x 4.5 wheel with 4 x 114.3. (the other # you were thinking is 4 x 100) That is what is more common on many other vehicles.-BryantComment

I just had 2 on my car ....needed something to replace a couple messed up tires...fronts bolt right up...rears you will need spacers....at least with 185/60/14 tires on them. The speedo reads about 3mph slower with those tires also."FLTG4LIFE" @FINALLEVEL , "PBH"
