OMG! They are great! That was pretty numb of the shop operator not keeping a bend record. What does that amount to? About a 1/2 meg of computer storage.
How will you get the new lines routed behind the frame bracket (??) in the left corner of the engine bay where they come up from underneath the car.
I replaced mine but bypassed this routing and came closer to the center of the car then behind the steering rack up to the proportioning valve. Not as neat but so much easier. Almost impossible with the engine and tranny in.

Those turned out awesome!!
1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor
1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)
If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

correct
You are right. I should have done it with the engine and tranny out. I have to take out the brake booster and fuel filter bracket. The plastic snap-in support is right behind that bracket too. You have to be a surgeon. I removed all of the rusted bolts, chased and installed new flange bolts with anti-sieze compound. If I had wanted art, I should have also done the fuel lines and power steering lines, while I was at it.
Like I said, maybe if another one or two members made them do the same thing, they may decide to profile them. You would not believe how much inventory they had hanging on the walls of their warehouse. Since it is very light but fragile, it went from floor to ceiling of the factory. Guess how much they wanted for the professional double flanging kit. $350. I had to go outside for a few deep breaths of fresh air.Last edited by bravekozak; 08-04-2009, 08:38 PM.

Of course, now you will have to upgrade the entire rest of the car to look as good as the brake lines...90 Festy (Larry)--B6M (Matt D. modified B6 head), header, 5-speed, Capri XR2 front brakes, many other little mods

I do not want my brake fluid to absorb water from the air and turn cloudy. I just bled my lines a week ago with silicone brake fluid. Here is a pic of the purple wonder. I will post another pic in a years time.
