13" Wheel can change to 15" or not

The wider the tire and lower you get you will be amazed at how fast you can take a corner, but then you need suspension to handle the tires, its a never ending process.

This. Definitely this. But seriously... adding 30-50mm of tread to each corner does wonders on these cars if you beef up the chassis and bouncy parts a little bit.
