I just installed the kia rio struts from an 02 last month, and i havent had to use 2 hands on the wheel yet, not even moving slow in parking lots. Best thing to happen to a standard with no power steering since power steering. This way is quite a bit cheaper tho. The handling is alot better and my car doesnt lean anymore!

I ordered Festiva struts and Kia Rio strut mounts and the two won't work together. The hole in the Rio strut mounts are too big for the Festiva strut rod.Ian

You can make a adapter if you have a lathe. Just need a a small steel rod and some time.Comment

I was doing my coilovers last night and realized the spring perches on the festy are wider where it sits on the strut mount. Like everyone else said, you would need an adapter (basically a specialty washer) to use festy upper perches with rio upper mounts.
