Ah, I gotcha, online sources. I usually don't think about that as being "easy to get" since I prefer to pick them up myself and not pay shipping. Good to know they're out there though!

I got two 165/70-12s from tires-easy a while back and got good service quickly. Others have not been as happy though. Pick your poison and take yer chances!

I got a good set of 185/65/14s so I think I'll try those since I saw takeone51's 185/60/14s and they looked alright.... how much taller are those?

(185x0.05x2)/25.4 = ~0.728 ... so about 3/4 inch taller overall. That extra 3/8" radius is going to hurt in the rears, since even with aspire struts the 185/60R14s are getting close to the spring perch. Would probably need to roll/flare front and rear fenders to keep from scrubbing all the time.

I'll hopefully be getting to it this weekend or next, fender rolling won't be a problem, if it comes down to it.... I've got body work to do anyway (alot of dents, not very much rust if any)

x2! Same size I'm running now and I can't complain about them yet....

Thinking about going with an even smaller tire next time....maybe 165/55 or 155/55

As long as you don't have a swap...165's would be suicide in my car.

Tires-easy used to have 165/55-14s in the Federal and maybe another brand, but I think they're out now. There may have been 165/50-14s, too. I don't recall.
