  • Kia Pride Strut Bar

Did some searching, and found this. $120 Shipped, but i'm wondering if its like the FMS bar, or if it will even work.

My thinking is it will work, but I'm leery of hitting buy it now.

What do you guys think? should i go for it?

i suppose if it does not work, i have 7 days to return...

If you ask the seller, maybe they'll give you a length on it. Maybe a center to center.

even if it is the right length you will have to modify the mounts.....they are 3 hole and we only have 2 studs sticking up. They are directly across from each other so I doubt you could make the available holes line up.

            I'd go for it.

Seeing that they only except paypal makes it legit. And if it doesn't fit they'll more than likely take it back if not you can go through paypal to get your money back.

Now there are 9 available. I'll post pics for you guys when I get it. I figure it's easy for me to modify it to fit, so I'll be the guinea pig (I strongly support testing performance parts on animals, and guinea pigs are so slow stock they can use all the help they can get).

:laughing3: I have a feeling they will seriously need modifying to fit a festiva if they are anything like the picture, but I'm sure you'll make it work Charlie!! :thumbright:

^ You are the man dood! I do appreciate that. I'm buying one now. Just didn't wanna do it alone. and yeah, @nicholasjackson, i didn't even think about them only accepting paypal. i guess, i have better odds of returning than i thought.

@GenevaDirt & @Damnkid, the photo on the listing is "Generic". So, if it's really for the pride(and/or festy), she'll have two holes instead of three.

that's what was making me so hesitant about it. but, i suppose since the Pride was marketed overseas, it may be legit.... we'll see.

We're like blood brothers now, but it's cheap Asian suspension components brothers. haha, doesn't have the same ring to it. I'm excited to get my new bar.
The only problem I've ever had with ordering ebay overseas (i do it a lot) was once I didn't get some silly-cone hoses that I ordered and because ebay closes the auction for dispute so fast now, I couldnt go through ebay to dispute that I hadn't received my item. However, I contacted the seller via e-mail and they very politely (in the typical broken Engrish) sent me some new sillly-cone elbows. I got the replacements quickly and about 2 weeks later I received the original purchased silly-cone elbows. I'd also like to note that the elbows were lost in my local international U.S. mail facility (according to their tracking system) and not in the 12 third world countries it went through to get to me. Go figure!
