mesh it is.. I mounted up a 175/70/13 on one last night and bolted it to the rear of the car. the tire really doesn't have any stretch to it. With about 300lb of ballast in the car and my 200lb friend jumping up and down on the rear bumper we were able to get the suspension to bottom out. The tire just barely touches the inner fender at full bottom out, but I can get more clearance with a roller.
I'm gonna pull the trigger and go with the meshies. I am going to media blast them down to bare metal and powdercoat.
I need some input on colors though. I'm thinking red or satin black. I don't want orange because I already have a set that color. The car will be painted dark grey eventually and has red mud flaps on it.Comment
