Here's another mail order tire company I found:
Someone explore that site. Their prices sometimes beat Tires-easy, but their shipping is more and ruins any advantage. Still, if you live near their place maybe you could score a deal.
They do have a selection of reasonably priced 12 inchers, and some 13s as well. Gotta look through it. Their selector is not as user friendly as fast though.
