After installing the threaded rod in my reae suspension last week 'Tiva seems to have a little more oversteer than it did. Has anyone else found this to be?

The stiffer rear beam now transfers more weight to the outside front wheel during cornering. You'll need stiffer springs up front or an Aspire sway bar. You might try just installing Urethane bushings on the stock sway bar. It might be enough to give it more balance.Brian

Okay, I'd like to get a good set of urethane bushngs for the front, some ,not all of the bushings are dry & cracked. I'd love an Aspire front sway & a strut bar. No Aspires or Festys in the local JYs in quite awhile. The oversteers not bad, but I can tell. Have to be careful so it doesn't get away from me. There is a circle near me and I hit it pretty hard , it was FUN!!!

You can try just the swaybar-to-LCA bushings first and see how much they help. You can go to O'Reileys or wherever and get a set of the blue MOOG "problem solver" bushings. They are not exactly Urethane, but they are much firmer than the factory ones. They're pretty cheap & easy to install, but you might have to get it re-aligned after you install them...depending on how shot the original ones are. I believe you'll also be able to re-use them if/when you switch to an Aspire bar as well. The swaybar-to-body bushings will have to be custom made from universal ones....there are may "how to" threads on here about them.
If it's not too severe, I bet just the MOOG bushings will make a big difference.Brian

I agree to try just the "Blue Moogs" first. Old original bushings really deteriorate and can loosen things up way too much.
Also check the steel under where the bushings mount. I've seen a lot of corrosion there which gnaws away the steel. That could potentially be an issue.
