Hey, i race on a 3/8 mile track in a 90 fester.. i dont go too fast in it, but can make 21.40 or so around the track (which is fairly good on a rough track) but im wondering if anybody has any tips for improving handling/ power without lowering the car or adding any performance parts

What do your rules state? Must the car be make, year and model stock, or just "stock appearing"? If you have wiggle room in the rules, you can make your car quite a bit faster, but with the newer cars nowadays that guys are running, it's almost impossible to win a feature without a lot of luck. You gonna race that thing?

The Aspire IS a Festiva. Considering that, I'm sure they'd allow it. It's just a newer model. In love with a MadScientist!:thumbright:

Not 100 o/o sure heavier sway bars are the answer for dirt track. Do you set your car up in terms of weighing each corner? I haven't raced dirt in many moons and I don't know what your class rules say. I'm sure FWD requires a different setup for optimum handling, but maybe not.Brian
