No do not grind the centerbore out on steel rims. The Aspire rims will not ever bolt up to festiva hubs, since both the centerbore AND the bolt pattern are different. If you want to use Aspire rims which have a 54.1mm centerbore and a 4x100mm bolt pattern, you need to install Aspire brakes/hubs/knuckles/rotors. Search for aspire swap threads on here and you should find a good bit of info on it. The factory festiva bolt pattern is 4x114.3mm. Your best bet if you want 13" steels that will fit the factory festiva brakes would be a geo metro with 13s or a some of the older hyundais.
Yeah, the list is correct... and yes, there are several threads already. I'll make a deal with you, you search for it yourself, and if you can't find it, post the links of what you do find, so I'll at least know you tried, instead of just asking me to search it for you. Thanks
I commented in your other thread that they were different. Your cheapest route is to find some 114.3 steelies. There are a bunch on that list. I'm running 4x114.3's off of an AE-86 Corolla. Also, what size are your tires? It may be a moot point, if they are too tall. (Been dealing with this lately. Anything above 22.75" diameter, and you are going to RUB!
