Well was going to rip the whole side apart today and start from scratch but decided to do a ruff alignment job and take the car for a spin around the block (knocking or not, just had to feel what the swap added to handling). After doing said alignment bam no knocking! still not sure what was making it but sure glad its gone now for a proper alignment tomorrow. Thanks for everyones help with this problem

I would still double check everything again. Every time I have had a noise on my car that magically disappeared, it came back with all its buddies a few months later to kick me in the balls.
