My front tires are wearing exceptionally fast on the inside on both sides after I lowered the spring perch on both struts. I need to replace my outer tie rods but could my tire wear be due to the camber?

Worth the cost of the wheels as they can be transferred between Aspire/festiva or a hybrid of the two.
Swapping wheels from front to back is a chore already but to have 2 different bolt patterns means (in the event of a flat) the trunk lifesaver spare is usually the wrong one. Some things are not worth schinzing on.

You lowered your car increasing positive camber.
Witch in turns, turns to tow in.
That's what's scrubbing your tires. Do a quick tow alinement to save your tires. I would get some camber bolts , and set your camber than your tow.

            That would be negative camber.

Could someone link a set of camber bolts that work with festiva struts. Please!

^ I just installed these same camber bolts on my Festy last weekend. Moog, from RockAuto.com! Ha!

Installing the camber bolts will change the toe when installed, be sure to get an alignment!
I have Aspire struts and with the lift from the Aspire struts, the camber was off. Installed the camber bolts and the shop was able to get both the camber and toe perfect.
