So I bought the eBay tie bar from the the Philippines but it's not very strong and almost made out of tin. I'm sure it's better the nothing but I sought out to make a stronger tie bar. I made the cups last night now I'm tacking the angle drop arms. I didn't realize but cups/flange appear to angle inward and are not flat. So I'm following the angles of the eBay bar. I'm guessing they wont go straight if that makes sense? I need to figure out at what angle and how to miter cut the drop bars so that I can join it to the main support bar if that makes sense? Any input is greatly appreciated.
