You can get away with a 15x6 or 7 wheel with 165/45-15 tires for the look you want. 14" wheels are hard to find in a width that you could get any stretch on.

15x7 Enkei RP01 with 165/45-15 Federal Formoza FD1 tires. (These are slightly smaller than the 155/80-12 tires that were a factory upgrade on these cars)

I'm running Escort wheels, 14x5.5, +37.3 with a 1" spacer (makes them +12). I'm not slammed but it's fairly low. Had to roll the fenders and pull them out about 3/4" up front, and run -3* camber.

Hmm maybe I should look more in the 15" area then I didn't think I could get a good size tires finding the tires on festiver took forever 22.5" tall on a 16" wheel I'll definitely look into 15s more

Your festiva is overly beautiful and I do really like those escort wheels but being as I plan on doing a deep burgundy on the new festie with the ski rack and black bumpers I cant do escort wheels or I'd be a copy cat lol I'm still debating maybe trying to stuff 17"s on there I got the 16"s to work well, it pokes but I wanted that I'm kinda becoming a wheel head they just change the look so much with a set of wheels

this[emoji7] plus 195/40r16 tires federal 595 evos will fit nicely and are cheap along with these wheels 3sdm 0.05 16x8 +25 I think would look great will definitely need to pull the fenders maybe widen them a little but it'll look good

195 will require cutting and won't allow much low, unless you get real creative. I have a set of 165/40-16 SS595 Federals on some 16x7 wheels, but there is a ton of rim poke. I did it to be funny at the track. They would fit a 16x6 or 5.5 rim fine though. I want to beat fully prepped sports cars in my Stanced out hooptie DD. lol.
