oh well, I have been thinking about it and with all the weight reduction I have, I should be all set, I save some money that I can really use right now so I am gonna stay with the struts I bought but do you know if the aspires springs will go onto the front festiva struts, they should work fine on the back because the rear is the same for festivas and aspires. thanks in advance.

I am not doubting you but they have a picture of silver ones on fms and they look identical to the ones on sparkplugs.com.

The silver ones on FMS are GR2's not supers.

gr2s are silver and supers are orange. I was told today by the man himself in person that he has 1 set of supers for the aspire left.

that was my initial plan but I recently lost my job so having them on my car this season is not an option, I got to thinking about it though and I will not be using this car for anything but drag racing so a tien setup is a waste of money for my kind of goals, I am going to be looking in to what cars are similar to the festiva suspension wise and invest in a set of omni powers for next season with a ridiculous spring rate of 1600 pounds or more.

Wow you really should do your HW on spring rates before ordering something like that. Just my opinion. Sounds like you don't really know much about spring rates and how they effect the suspension. If you are making a QTR MILE car, you do NOT need coilovers.. Just get some tie down straps like Fred did, preload the back of the car and attach them so they CAN'T flex much at all and just get the FMS springs to give you a little bit stiffer suspension to help reduce wheel hop in the front a bit... -Kyle
