i'm still rubbing in the back and I dont want to cut the fenders anymore - i love the way they look now. I just need to stiffen up the rear. I'm not getting any rubbing in the front.

i would say there only a good temporary solution, because mine have been starting to fall out from where and tear (but they have lasted about 2 years) next time i have the car jacked up i take a pic and post it
1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor
1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)
If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

thanks, i'll check NAPA. As long as they aren't too expensive i dont mind replacing them every 6 months to a year. The rubbing isn't bad at all I just want to make sure I dont wreck the tires. Those edges on the fender are very sharp once they're cut. I need to put some kind of lip or trim on there.

I can't find ANYTHING online for a part that goes in between the coils to prevent them from compressing too much. Lots of coil spring spacers out there. I guess I could use just about anything to shove in there but it would be good to find something designed for that.
Maybe I should just get a stiffer spring for the rears?

i called FMS and found out I had the rear springs in upside down. He said it might change the spring rate a little bit. I noticed the 3 coils on the bottom (top if they were installed correctly) are completely compressed and touching. this seems kinda weird. Not sure turning them upside down is going to change that but I'll find out tonight.

I had considered those wheels several times. but never knew what offset to get. or what style to get. they ahve to smany different ones.
Are those 31 series wheels?
I have some 175/60R13s that were on some 13x5.5" 1986 corolla SR5 wheels. the wheel are gone, but I still have the tires.
I'm wondering if I go with a set of 13x6" wheels. I know the tires will fit. but I have no idea on the offset. because mainly. offset and backspacing are the same thing, but I dont wanna mess anything up by going too far one way or the otehr
