Bought some supplies today to take care of some cosmetic paint problems with the car. See below. Mainly the roof and the bumper covers. Ive got some extra covers so Ill just paint them. A friend of mine offered to spray it. Might spray some mirrors too.
The rest isnt too bad

Installed better bumper covers the other day and going to prep for paint tomorrow. Nice weather forecasted for the week so hopefully it will be done sometime this week.
Once I get it painted Im going to put my new wheels on.

I worked on my current hood ( which I got for a 12 pack of diet coke )today and got some dings out. The FG hood has been leaning against my living room wall for a couple of years now. While Im painting I guess I could spray it as well. Not real cool with hood pins though. I hate to get dirt on the new flaps.Originally posted by anomoly40 View Post

Done prepping, ready to paint when conditions are right. The paint missing from the cowling was from the engine fire prior to me owning the car.

Festy mud flaps
Fresh, i understand your thoughts, it would be hard to pull out a brand new set of mud flaps but then it would match the quality of your car, heck dig a little deeper in the Gold Mine, i'm sure you could find a good used set.
An idea can turn to dust or magic, depending on the talent that rubs against it.Comment
