Couldn't you do The coil on plug set-up off of a Millenia SC?

They are high impedance and i plan to get the megasquirt 3 with the expansion board, full sequential spark and fuel drool

wow 850cc.... isnt that a bit much.... unless you set them up for sequential injection i think the idle will still be hard to set up.... are the high or low imp?

I took hppwdn's advice and yesterday i bought a set of 850cc RX7 injectors, they should have been shipped out today and will arrive to me soon this will save me from building a custom fuel rail and it will easily be able to supply enough fuel to any amount of boost i throw at the engine

So in the meantime i started taking apart my stock KL fuel rails

^^ what can I say, I didn't have a pop can nearby to show the size of the turbo so I figured the beer bottle would work

Does that "Bud" bottle restrict flow or help with boost?

Originally a Grand National turbo, so it's not a perfect match for my engine but for $50, it will do a great job til i am able to upgrade the turbo later

If you get the RX7 injectors make sure you get the hold downs to keep them in the rails and the connectors. They drop right in, but can't use that black plastic thing that holds down the stock KL injectors.

You can also use the hold downs (caps) from a 929 and connectors from just about any Mazda injector. I found that RX7, 929, 4cyl mx3 and miata connectors all worked.

    I'm running:
    MS3/MS3X
    2006 CBR 1000 coils
Acura Legend 6 channel ignitor from the coil on plug version (I think it was a mid nineties model)
HKS DLI ignition amplifier. The CBR coils didn't like past 350whp or so.
Some sort of marine tip plug so you can unscrew the top off. The same ones the Honda guys use in the B18s will work in the KL.

For your injectors, I'm still sidefeed running 3rd Gen RX7 850cc secondary injectors. Drop right into stock KL rails and MS3 has no problem controlling an injector that large.

Hoping to have new track and dyno numbers by the end of the year. Currently in the 400tq/450whp range hoping to get a little past 500 to get my new track goals.

Edit: Here was the video of the first COP startup.

Hmm, i didn't know of any injectors that would bolt right up to the stock fuel rail.... you got me re-thinking about making my custom rail, if i happen to find a set of RX7 injectors, i might just scrap the idea of the rail
