    Are the headers painted or ceramic coated? If they are painted could you extend the tubes to clear the rack?

    Its not always a lot of work to get more performance from a festiva, a BP swap is fairly simple when starting with a 90-93 festiva, i'm just cramming an engine thats huge for the size of the engine bay :lol:

    Wow, that looks really good! It seems that any time you want performance out of a Festiva it is ALOT of modifying and custom work, but it's always worth it in the end.

    Well i test fitted the headers tonight, the front one fits great




    The rear..... not so much



    Although theres plenty of room for the intermediate shaft which is great



    As you can see it hits the steering rack and the flang isn't flat against the head yet, so just like everything else i will modify it to make it work :lol:

    But its cool seeing 2 manifolds coming out of a festiva engine bay don't ya think? :lol:

    Header wrap is definately a good idea since i would hate to have my steering mess up on me while driving :lol:
