then why did he refer to the "stock e-series" then mention the f series seperate?

With the light weight and poor traction of a Festiva, I think the F series will more than handle the HP/Tq of a BP. Even the stock E series seems to survive OK unless you really beat on it. Plus, the F series is probably lighter and takes less HP to turn.
. i think i have read more and done more research in the last w months for the b6 swap and suspension and now the bp swap and trans swap and better suspension and..... ahhhhh
its all good, it just means that ill have to build a 3rd haha naw il think ill be satisfied with a bpt. most of you guys are mechanics and i went to art school for graphic design so im just learning all the time from all of you and its great... ill just continue asking q's and researching till i sort out my quarter life crisis

actually i as of recent keep a copy of mattswabs guide in my back pocket as embarasing as it sounds :toothy3: im just a person who learns by doing it and i need to ask lots of questions sometimes reading just makes me more confused im a visual and experience learner and im just trying to do this rite the first so i dont have to retrace all my steps later to see where i went wrong -thanks for all the help so far we'll

sorry i just keep checking and double and tripple checking. so take the injector harness off the bp and click in the harness from the festy. rite? does anyone have any pics of the tranny mounts they fabed for a egt tranny and maybe some pics and rundown of the hydro conversion?Last edited by bobbyspider; 02-05-2010, 12:28 PM.
