      • thanks for the info if i run into anything and they guys on the escort/protege forum cant help me ill see if he can if he dosnt mind...

a little update... today i was board, so i was looking around for somthing to do and i noticed that my perch's looked ugly so i made some new ones

i also finished that gauge pod (FINALY!!!) lol... im gonna get a wideband and egt gauge in them cause im having some trouble seeing the zeitronix thing in the daylight.... and its a small to look at... but im gonna leave it in so i have the "max re-call" button so i can see the max it went to... but im thinking about getting the e85 wideband that aem makes, cause im also thinking of running downm to the usa to pick up some e85 fuel and trying to rn that at the track... if you know anything about e85 fuel you will know what im talking about and if you dont then your not missing out on a whole lot lol... i also added 3 LED holes in it for warning lights and one to tell me my water meth is on (when i put it in...)

                          • UPDATE!!!!!

started working on the standalone today pulled off the dash and pulled out the harness, then i was left with this...

all the parts taken out... most if not all are going back in just "organized" this time lol...

then i took apart the wiring harness and pulled out all this stuff lol...

and i was left with nothing but the stuff to run the lights, wipers and the horn...

and i even chopped out some stuff out of that small harness that goes behind the motor...

i got all the wires for the standalone in the harness and run to the proper places i just need to get the all spliced and stuff... the harness is about the same size as stock cause i have put so much extra in to it with all my gauges, and tuning stuff but alot of it isnt gonna bee seen so im happy with that ill get some pics of the harness when its done
