  • JDM Babaganoosh's Festiva Build Thread

purchased this 90 last night and promptly slammed it. 4 coils cut out of front and rear. might take another coil out of the front to even it out.

hood is off to get a "treatment" and besides a wonky wheel and butchered harness, she's in great condition. 345k miles lol.

also did a diy intake (cut off bottom of airbox and plug the resonator/helmholtz that sits on the vc)

will do more work tonight and post pics tomm.

I have a feeling you are going to have a load of rubbing from 15's with it that low..

That is LOW. I have FMS springs and I still drag the front tow hooks pulling out of driveways! IMO, I would leave the front and just put another set of springs in the rear with 3 coils cut. Looks like a very nice car! Add your location to your profile when you get a chance. next update:

don't cut 4 and 3/4 coils out of the front. they will become too short to compress. i now am running 4 cut of rear, no coils up front

Sorry but that's just a bit absurd. And probably unsafe.

Not trying to hate. I've got aspire front springs cut two coils in the front and festy front springs cut 2 coils in the rear and it still rides a tad rough for my liking. But like you said, gotta sacrifice comfort for looks!
