    Fred, where did you get the strut tower brace? Do you know where they are still available?

      It's a FMS Strut brace, I bought it from Silv3rBull3t a while back when he was parting out/selling his festiva.

              One last run before I go off to school?

              Tomorrow I have the day off and I'll be free most the day, thinking about spending the whole day working on the festiva while I have the chance. If I do I'm going to finish up the engine bay, reinstall the wiring harnesses, steering column, and whatever else I can find to do on it. Once school starts for me, I'll hardly have time to mess with it and I'm moving in less than two weeks, the car is at my parent's house.

                Some progress...

                Did a little on it today, might go back at it later tonight if I don't have anything else to do, so damn hot and humid right now, what I'm doing on it right now is no fun when the weather is like that Hooking up the harness under the dash..

                Anyways onto the pics.

                Harnesses!


                Used a 89' harness as a donor and removed the washer fluid tank squirter wiring off it, and put it on the 93's harness so that I can use a 89' tank which puts it on the passenger side of the bay.



                VAF moved to pass side, I know I need to tuck back the excess in with the rest of the harness and re-wrap it.



                Harness ready to go.



                Got it in on the bay side, not hooked up all the way yet. Still need to finish hooking things up under the dash also.

                      Long overdue update!

                      Things have changed some since my last post :lol: The car is a bare shell, just has the suspension on so it can be rolled around. I'm going to do a full repaint and color change on it. Anyways, I removed the rear seat brackets, and am going to make a rear strut tower brace for the car. I have painted the rear floorboard with Dupli Color Spatter paint, looks sweet in my opinion. The whole interior will be painted with that when the rest of it is ready for it. Still have a little sound deading to remove off the front floorboards. Onto the pics!

                      Shaved the lock on the fuel door, still need to do the filler work on it.

                          Thanks! My plan is to have the interior done, and the engine bay repainted by this summer. Then start building a engine for it and getting the bodywork done on the car. Don't know when it will be up and running since I'm taking my time and doing everything 100% this time around.
