Looking great! I'm trying to find a 323 in Washington for a b6t swap for my Festiva... no luck so far. Love those RAM horn headers, keep up the good work

can't really help you out here man, i haven't done any of my wiring im just mocking everything up right now making sure i can get everything to fit and what not. plus we have different wiring harnesses im using a gtx one and im pretty sure you have the xr2 harness. your car is already running though,so you shouldn't have any problems finishing up. good luck man keep up the good workOriginally posted by Grey Vw View PostHey, you got the same fan as me! On a serious note to which color wires or which connector did you splice the fan into? Also I'm having trouble hooking up my temp sensor, which one is it?

Well it took a while to get my intercooler piping figured out but i am almost done with it now, i got caught up in the holidays and going back to school and what not, plus it keeps raining everyday so it is hard to work on your car when it lives outside.
Here are some pics of my intercooler set-up and my new rad and slim fan. i still need to figure out how to route the pip going from the turbo to the intercooler. i was thinking about getting a u-bend and putting that on the intercooler and cutting a little bit off the pipe i have. if you guys have any good ideas your input would me much appreciated

this is what i was talking about with the u bend and cutting the pipe a bit, space is really tight here with the down pipe and the rad hose

here is my new rad its 12x12x2 inches thick all aluminum and a 10" slim fan to go with it

hey chris, when you had your intercooler how did you mount it? did you remember which end went to the turbo. there is the oval end which is shorter and angled a little and the other end is longer and is a round outlet. just wondering how you did it. thanksOriginally posted by Damkid View PostMy festiva used to have an srt4 intercooler as well back when I was using the B6T

i bought an srt4 intercooler it's alot longer and shorter than that intercooler. it's the same one maxtiva used on his build. i am hoping to have it all mounted up in the car tomorrow. will post pics when i get it all finished up.

Thanks to everyone for all the positive feedback on the mounts. i plan to make the side engine mount like MEXTIVA made his it shouldn't be too hard, the fun part should be figuring out the intercooler piping. i already had all the piping from the mazda but it doesn't come close to fitting the festiva.
