    I just used a small flat piece of aluminum to offset the stock bracket.
    That is a lot of complicated work you did there with your buddy.

    This here is a close up of the overview. Now I wouldnt use the placement of my vaccum lines in these pictures for your car. I am still working this issue out. As soon as I replace the throttle cable (wife).

    Okay I figured it out. This is a pic of the throttle linkage. As you can see we used the original throttle link and welded on.

    This is a side view of the modded throttle. As you can see I used and welded on the old throttle mount and had to fabricate a new throttle cable bracket.

    nope.... both can see the better part of 40mpg on any given day, but the carbs are more suceptible to climate change and since there are more parts involved, there's more that can go wrong with them.

    i just keep hearing mid 30's with carbs and upper 40's to low 50's efi. any truth to that

    use an inline pump if you want to switch, that way you don't have to touch the tank. like THIS
