me and matt {fetman} worked on festiva yesterday managed to have the motor out in under two hours while just screwing around. the car is so light, with the car on jack stands behind the front wheels on the pinch welds, with the motor in it when we stood on the front bumper the rear wheels picked up. Haha, and when the motor was out and such, instead of jacking it up to take the stands out - one person lifted while the other removed them haha. next thing is for the mazda to get striped out. deff will take us more then 2 hours we have so muce more to take off of it.
heres more pics and sorry but they r cell phone pic

ok mabye the next step is cleaning and painting under the hood

Looks like you'll be needing those motor mounts shortly eh? lol whenever you guys get ready to strip the mazda, let me know and i'll come up and help out, early next week i'll have my festiva running and maybe i'll bring it up for the drive

                1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
                1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

Update the motor is in thanks to Chris ( damkid) who made the trip to come and help us and take me for a spin in his car. There is still lots to do to the festiva 323 front seats back tranny mount and get it running. I will have pics up soon.
                            Thanks again Chris.
