Basicly, I just replaced the "stock" spring with the sleeve/spring I got on ebay.

what is a link to those springs you had on it. what year civic did you say... do they make them w/o that adjuster thing. i mean i figure with out the adjuster the spring will be longer and there for wont need to be as stiff.

i got the valve lash fixed. car runs great but....

compression is 140 150 150 180. smokes like crazy burning oil at wot. and smokes out the valve cover like crazy even at idle with pcv breather side unhooked.

do you still have the other b3? was it in good better shape than this one?

Damn, that sucks!!! but Yea, I got the original B3 out of it... It ran good, but was leaking oil, So it will need seals...
Also, John has his B3(runs awesome) he might sell you so he can do his BP swap...?
