Going to grab fresh bulbs and a valve cover gasket. See ya in an hour.5 or so.

started on the grille. trimmed it down to fit between the lights and trimmed it to match the curvature. Fiberglassed it all together and now to wait overnight for it to cure good then comes sanding and a coat of paint.

This is just sitting in place. Not bonded together or bolted down. *not* final by any means.

I'm glad to see someone do this. Dustin and I have talked about this light swap for some time now, not that we thought of it first or anything. just thinking...

and info wise, you can use 01-09 ranger headlights (XL XLT Edge Level II STX etc). I was thinking it was only 01-05 but that's other parts compatibility differences.

well, it looks good, what all kind of wiring did you have to change over? Can't wait to see your finished product

2 wires have to be switched in each headlight plug. I'll go more into this if you want. The ranger lights use 9007 bulbs.

The turn signal inside the headlight is wired to the stock harness, ground, Low side to park, High side to turn. Then I did the blinker mod, Running the ground from the side marker to the power wire of the turn indicator.

Ps setup belongs to gestiva now. I can drop by the shop later. Worked 17 hours yesterday And a second job interview today.
