    a little free rev probable wont hurt it, unless you really start revving it good for some odd reason. But don't drive around with no piping on it, if you put enough load on the motor it could spin the turbo way way off the efficiency map.. and they usually don't like that lol, even with the wastegate fully open, if you put your foot in it could still cause this.. just not as likely.

      Lol I ain't driving it like that. Worst case is I can't get the ic plumbed before ohiostiva and run non intercooled for a short time....minimum boost.

            Plumb the rad-e-ator and ic. Put the front end back together. Clearance the alt pulley since it somehow became unclearanced. Shorten my shifter linkages about half an inch. Prolly a lot of other stuff I'm forgetting.

            The ic needs the inlet cut and a 90 degree elbow put on. Extremely tight over there with that, water pump inlet and downpipe...

                Just ordered an SLC Pure plus 2 wideband kit, bosch lsu 4.2 sensor, and a map sensor for it... $350 :/

                Data logging and programmable narrowband will be nice though...

                Best Wideband O2 Controllers around, 0.01 Lambda accurate, fast response, 2 year warranty. Open source @ $35. Plug & play @ $75. 52mm gauge w/ display @ $110



                I actually managed to get today off of work, much rather woulda had tomorrow but not my choice...

                  Charge piping done. 2.25" aluminum hot side, 2.5" stainless cold side.

                          One step forward and ten back today. Hubs are done, new bearings and such. Drivers side is all put back together.

                          I went to install my new not remanned passenger axle and it jammed up on my intermediate shaft... its made in China.

                          It wont come off either. Literally hammered on it for half an hour.

                          So tomorrow I'm stopping up at oreilly and hoping they'll work with me. Im thinking the Chinese axle has defective splines.

                          So my intermediate shaft is prolly trashed by now...

                              Nevermind....its actually all the way in. It is NOT coming back out though...
                              so I popped it in and put the front end together.

                              But not before my dad brought me another halfshaft with cv axle attached...for...$20. Win

                                Just drove it home...lol

                                Hoods bungee strapped til I get another hood brace. I'm gonna modify it to bolt in rather than weld in.

                                Alignments way out. Scary drive home in rain to say the least.

                                Exhaust isn't hooked up. Constant turbo whistle going down the road. I may also have CO poisoning.
