I just found this thread.
Nice build!!!
I was going to ask in the lbs u were running cause I used fms springs on my car and it was a joke...it is running 15lbs of boost though.
Trying to solve that problem and was thinking of aspire cut springs but guess I wont be trying those either.
Keep the videos coming.

Only reason why the IC is still here is because there was no cutting involved to mount it there, we were just lazy that day. It's not staying there but for now it'll work.
Takeone51 is suppose to come up from Palm Beach one of these days and help me move it. And when that happens I think I'll get a new front bumper because I don't want a big hole on the passenger side.
G and half shaft ?
I had 195/65/14 in the front with aspire springs with 2 coils
Off I believe ? It was sitting higher than a stock Festiva with Monster truck tires lol
Everytime I'd hit a bump it would jerk the steering wheel and when I got into boost it would jerk the whole car to the left crazy hard.
Now with FMS springs and 185/55/14 it rides super smooth with no rubbing and no torque steer whatsoever.
I'm holding 6-7 lbs all the way to 6k haven't turned it up yet.Last edited by M3NTAL; 08-21-2011, 03:31 PM.

Can't wait to see this at fm5 . So does the g and jack shaft really take all the torque steer out ? And how is yours doing with boost spikes ?

Very nice build. Everything looks super great besides that intercooler. Is that its permanent location or what?

Mounted a 10" slim fan on the front side of the condenser, and upgraded to a 12" fan on the radiator which pulls 1100 cfm

Just read this whole thread start to finish..great work man, I love the color, I even like the rims, they kinda fit with the blacked out look.

 i'm not good with name brands of wheels, but that style just isn't for me, although since its your car, if you like them, then thats all that matters

Nicely done mate! They look like the springs we stock at work, if sd o give it a week n theyll settle nicely to 11" .

Looks good Marcus :thumbright: although it could use a different style rim
