do make sure you have all air out of the system, and you CAN adjust the drums tighter to get a better pedal.

Yeah all the air is out. I probably need new front pads as they are the junkyard ones I got with the calipers. The pedal feel is much better than before the new caliper but, I like the on/off switch feel of a rock solid pedal.

Thanks, here is a video from Sunday's autox.

first time running the festiva. crappy tires and bad alignment, but it still did pretty good

The course was pretty good, I only did the afternoon session so I only got 4 runs. This is from my 3rd, 4th was my fastest, but I had moved the camera and it didn't turn out as good. This race was in Harrisburg, we normally run the Philly region events, and will be sticking to Philly region. These central PA guys took themselves way to seriously and a few of them were real jerks. They also didn't seem to have there act together as far as organization of the grid, etc.

The car did pretty well, a little more understeer than I had anticipated, but manageable. When the front started to slide I was able to correct by lifting off the throttle and the back would come around. I was also able to induce a little oversteer with steering input.

I aligned the car yesterday (Monday), and boy was the alignment off. My rear toe is off pretty bad (need to get some hunter shims). My front camber is way too positive even with camber bolts maxed out negative. I slotted my upper strut mount holes a bit and maxed that out too for now. I was only able to get it slightly negative even after all that. Bottom line is, I need the car lower, 2-3" lower. I'm gonna have to go the DIY coilover route, I can't cut my springs any further without them unseating when I get airborn.

My front toe was also screwed up, we set it by eye after the aspire swap.

Here is my current alignment setup, note these are not stock specs. These have been edited for my current setup, and will get further adjustment once I find the right ride height.
