my plan as of right now is im going to go NA then save up and swap over to turbo, it seems like a better plan as far as money goes. so worst case Ill be there NA. but ill defiantly be planning it into my work schedule.1991 stiva.Comment

That looks like the washer fluid pump plug
Your no headlight issue could be a missing ground (the ones that bolt on a stock B3 near the distributor)

that is the main power relay it wont crank with out that and it was located attach to overflow by battery.;
