Okay, you are getting the pillars blue! I thought you were keeping them white. I like the whole top blue like you are doing. Can't wait to see the finished product.

Does your daughter like these colors?

There is a Dodge Magnum I see around town that has that paint scheme but with a very light grey instead of white. Looks pretty good, trunk cars can't pull it off but that kind of two tone compliments hatches nicely.
        No festiva for me ATM...

Back in the day, I remember seeing a few similar two tone Chevettes that really looked nice.

She does like it. I remembered that blue and white are the colors of her college which is pretty cool, She will be going to Aurora University.
The door frames were blacked out on the L plus. I left that alone. Actually made it easier to mask of the window areas.

I like the blacked out window areas, too. I'm going to add them to Aqua sometime soon.

              Keep up the good work!

Unmasked it today. I need to install the rear washer and pull the wires for the hatch.

that turned out pretty good, but i'm not sure that i like those two colours together, that's just my taste though

                    Either way, good job :thumbright:

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

Like Zanzer said you need to paint the bumpers and
body moldings white then add a blue stripe to the
molding. Like that color of blue tho.

                        I likey!!

Actually, my version might have the blue added to the bumpers and below the beltline. Essentially, a white midsection sandwiched between top and bottom blue.

That would be more work, though.

Good job as she is! Your daughter should feel lucky!

                        Karl

PS: You gonna paint them wheels? Blue OR white would look good, IMO! (Yeah, more work, eh?)
