I made a pretty sweet short throw today by subtracting 2.5 inches from above ball aka interior height (longer people usually like) and adding 1.25 inch to below the ball shortening the actual throw by 2.5 inches from 3rd to 4th which is actually a slight bit shorter then my B&M in my blue car. So after reinstalling with 2 new bushings and fresh grease it felt so great and short !!!!!!!! and it didn't cost anything for reference the stock throw length from 3rd to 4th is 5.75 inches and this homebrew one is now 3.25 and my b&m is 3.5

I also transferred insurance from my jeep on Friday and im registering and installing a fresh new rad on Tuesday am and going to be driving it around finally

Yeah it wasn't hard to wire when u have a running b6t swap to look at. Took me a few months to get mine wired back in the day. At least you weren't shooting in the dark.
