Once i get it here though, ill be workin on it all weekend.

spent the weekend working on the brakes and cleaning up the interior from having been used as storage. After working loose a stuck caliper slider the brakes cleaned up great and now she drives at least! It still runs quite rough but ill look into that as the week goes by.

across the street from my truck, which also sat for a long time lol

I started mapping out the Megasquirt this weekend against the adapter harness i built years ago, making sure everything is in the right place. I think ill try to get her to run N/A first and then worry about the turbo stuff over the winter.

I do enjoy a good Nordeast from time to time, as well as some Schells.

had some fresh rubber put up front, 195/50r15 Kumho Ecstas. Also figured out why it was running rough, when i first fired it up i had to put new injector o-rings on and forgot to reconnect 1 injector all the way, its been rollin on 3 cyls!

reconnected it and did a fat burnout in the Advance Auto parking lot where i work.

Strangely, both wheels lit up and left a nice long pair of black marks on the pavement. No 1 wheel wonder for me?

I had those exact same tires on my B6t car... lasted like, a year. Would not go for those again. They were also suicide once the snow started coming.

Also you probably had equal traction to both wheels, sometimes I get a two wheel peel.

well i dont plan on daily'ing this car so they should last a good long while, and since itll be in the garage during winter getting the turbo goodies thrown onto it i doubt that will be an issue either

besides, at 55$ a piece they are cheap enough i wont gripe.

Ill probably do 1 more thorough bleed of the system to make sure the air is all out later this week after its been driven a bit, otherwise it should be good.

Then i need to get the e-brake working again so i can do better burnouts
