why whats wrong with a Chinese rod? Lots of the miata guys are running them, they seems to all be coming from the same manufacturer

      Cat
      bel-fab
M-tuned (supposedly they quality check and weight match)
eagle (supposedly they quality check and weight match)

just make sure to get the wrist pins sized correctly

Yeah they're chinese. Miata guys are running them and making decent power numbers on them. The bolts in them are arp too.

            No $ for coatings....

Havent done jack to it in while been too busy. Ive driven over 2500 miles over the past 4 weeks and everyone wants me to work on their stuff right now. So you get to look at crappy pics of my trashed garage and test fitting my 323 wheels on the festiva. Havent decided if im going to keep them yet anyone want to trade?

Thanks Id like it alot more if I could actually pull my projects in. My friends junk is taking up a lot of the space now.

Haven't put anything up for sale since I'm still not sure if I'm going to get another festiva for dd duty.
More pics of parts and no actual progress.

Ignore the one on the left its for my conquest.

The kit came with a bp flange. I already had a B6t one though.

Finally went and got gas for the welder. Then I proceeded to do a horrible job welding these.
