Pretty sweet, a guy up at the college i went to put a wizzer kit on one of those, but i like yours better.

Where are you from in michigan, I lived in Monroe for 2.5 years and taylor for 1.5years, and my uncle is in grand rapids, my grandpa was from carson city, my great uncle is from Bay city, and i have family from the thumb. One of my cousins also interned in detroit.

I was glad to be out of there but i like going back every now and then.

Well got the hood painted, it has a lot of dirt in it, and it is tiger striped more than i car for (but i am used to painting in a booth with nice results). I don't like it but it atleast matches the other color and other people don't think it is horrible.
Need to paint my replacement fender and roof later, maybe the bumper if i decide it needs to be replaced (has a small dent).

Also realized i have another mountain bike that has been sitting outside for a while, i think it is a little smaller than my other one. Might see how it fits in my car with the front wheel off. If it works i will clean it up and use it around town.

Does anybody know what it would take to make an ABS aspire swap work in a Festiva, don't want ABS just the bigger brakes and suspension.

Considering selling this again, looking at an F250. The nig deciding factor is that I am waiting to find out if I get a job. If they don't hire me I am going to have to keep it, if they do I would rather have a truck and would better suit my needs.

Also if anybody is interested there might be an 88-89 Festiva with a dead cylinder for sale soon. Buy 3 and have 2 to drive. I don't know if my friend wants to sell his just yet but he considered it.

Well the car is pending sale. My friend that got my 300,xxx+ mile Escort from me is trying to get it, the escort had the crankshaft snap on it (He owned it for over a year and changed the oil once after driving it EVERYWHERE). Unfortunately I will be stuck with the parts car if the sale goes through (which i am sure it will since he loves the car). I know of 2 festivas in my area with bad motors so i might get one and put the good motor in it, or i might take the drivetrain out and make a trike and sell the rest of the parts.

Just have to wait and see how things turn out i guess. If anyone is interested in a parts car let me know (Good drivetrain and most of the interior but the body is shot)
