Well Mark, and Mike stopped by tonite to help in the shop. We got quite a bit done.

We split the motor and trans and replaced the clutch.






And Thanks to Mike for making this custom block off plate.




We got Jims tires balanced and put back on the car. Its almost done now.

Very interested in how you guys are going to fit that intake manifold in the car. I tried mocking mine up, but gave up before I got the sawzall plugged in. Lol.

M3ntal is coming to work on his car tonite. So I painted his intake when I got home.





It looks shiny in the pics because the paint was still wet. Its flat aluminum engine enamel.

Well yesterday wasn't super productive. I did 2 ac jobs on different cars. 1 festiva. 1 impala.

Then Steve (ACE from clubprotege.com) called and was in need of a hydro G-series. I had a few so he drove up.



Saturday I made a few phone calls to get some machine time. So today I went to see my old friend Enco. I should have never sold him.







So after 5 hours. I ended up with 5 rebuilt racks and 1 set of "eurotiva" style spacers. They are so we can use the stock b3 front engine mount on a b6t. Its gonna look slick.










And I stood at the parts washer for a while cleaning intakes, racks, and a few other parts....





Now that the racks are done its going to start a good chain reaction in the festiva garage. Having cars sitting with no racks is no good.
