Runs great. Needs Lots of brake work. I dont have the heart to shoot it it in the head, but it is RUSTY! 210k miles. Im thinking it would be a good winter work car.

Must be an LX. I got a '94 DX (B8 powered) at a yardsale for $100. Sold it for $900 (reluctantly).

I just joined club protege. See more there soon. I just wanted to show it off here since I added it to my sig.

Good Deal you got there. (My experience with 94 protege: water pump, radiator fan, radiator cap)

My son lucked up on a 94 DX back in 2002 paid $750. It had been sitting a couple
of years but only had a bad water pump and bad radiator fan. Replaced both of those and it ran great.
However, failed to put on a new $4 radiator cap. About a year later my wife and daughter were driving it in
the middle of summer with the AC on full blast, the radiator pressure cap went bad, the coolant blew out and
they just kept on going until they got about a mile from home. I towed it home with my Festiva, pulled
off the head and found it to be cracked along with one of the cylinder walls. Bought a new radiator cap, a fairly low miles engine
at a junk yard for $450, dropped it in and it kept going until my son sold it.

I noticed this car has a full metal radiator. I must be a newer replacement.
