    I know what you mean. I went for a short test drive yesterday, and my gauge didn't show the jump I expected. At least the needle sweeps into the "normal operating temperature" range now.

    Just got done swapping bearings and races in my wobbly hub, the wobble persists. It appears that the outer race never bottomed out completely, but it rang like it did when I hit it with the punch. I think I'll get a hold of my neighbor with a real shop and see what a press will do... before I give up and replace the drum and my new bearings. It would be nice if the outers were set deeper like the inners are, that extra length makes a nice guide to get the races started...

    The Escort GT master cylinder really ups the pedal pressure when mated to the stock booster, I'm not sure if I like it yet, it's a radical change from stock. Never noticed the low fluid sensor on the stock m/c before. Glad I never ran it low, I would've gotten frustrated trying to fix a perfectly functioning e-brake.
