Been a busy couple days. I have rebuilt my second aspire knuckle

I've got moog inner tie rods, the moog outer should be here tomorrow.

I finished my brake calipers.



Spoiled my self with some 8 dollar rotors.



My tires should be here tomorrow needed a little motivation though. Bridgestone potenzas.




I ordered lug studs and hub rings.

Then I washed and waxed it. Look at them clouds.

Got my wheels and the aspire knuckles put on. New proportion valve installed. Looks funny. Im just so used to steel wheels.

Drove to el paso tonight. Looks like im getting 25 ish mph. I have driven 130 miles and im just above.1/2 tank. Im thinking the turbo lady may also be making an appearance. At 2k rpms there is quite a weird sound coming from the ko3. There is also loads of play in the turbine. No smoke or anything but feeling a little sluggish when I push on the gas.


According to my afm I am cruising at 14.everything, then randomly it will drop to 10.everything. if I push on the gas just a little it will go back to 14s. Maybe the o2 sensor is going out. Thoughts please?

how was the hub rebuild? pretty straight forward? i need to do this to my 1996. i have all the bearings. just waiting on a good time to do the job...

I didn't have any problems. I was worried at first but I was careful and followed the guide on this site. Timkin bearings and seals. Just don't lose the spacer!

what did you use to paint your calipers? caliper paint, engine paint? I have used CHT red caliper paint in the past and it is pretty flake resistant.

I used 500° engine paint I had laying around .

Man I'm an idiot, I needed B61k. Better luck next time. Ill bring it back and say it didn't work lol.
