Update on the plastics. I was working on my rear wiper motor and moved the plastic I had just painted yesterday ,and I put a finger print of Greece on one piece.
I thought well this is the test, will it wipe off?
Not so well, this was my only concern with the texture of this stuff, it would be hard to clean.
So I cleaned it off and I just sprayed a small piece with clear coat.
This should make them slick and easy to wipe down.

I'll let you know how it looks and holds up after it dries.

OK it's all dry, it is pretty slick and should be easily cleaned now!
But it's a little on the shinny side. I may try some flat clear. I don't know yet. It did make the gray a little darker but I like it better darker.

Looks great, Will! I like it! I hope it holds up for you. Clear coat for FTW! I like Satin clear coat the best, for something that. It has a nice sheen, but it's not flat or glossy.

There just sitting there I'm gonna sound deadin every thing first.
Cld tiles, mass load vinyl and 3m acoustic pad.

Small update I pulled the dash tonight.
Going to pull the heater and clean the core.
I'm also going to reseal all the duct work.
Any ideas on what to use to seal it up?
I was think that foam for around house doors and windows.

That's what I used. one sided stick door/window foam tape.
Just be very careful not to damage the blower resistor, when you remove it.

When it cools down tonight I'm gonna go do some cleaning on the ducting.

Your heater core should be clean, since the A/C evaporator fins stopped almost all of the dirt and debris. With all the dust I see, you would be an excellent candidate for a cabin air filter.

I fill my cores with phosphoric acid. And let sit overnight. Makes brass shine!

We use it for commercial water heater clean outs, so I nabbed 20gallon for occasional job.
